I was born & raised in Idaho, and after years on the road (Virginia, Washington State, San Diego & the PNW), I'm back home in Boise where my roots run deep.

I started this blog in 2017 to inspire and encourage women through wellness, travel, and the western way of living, all captured through adventure photography. Today, The Travelin' Cowgirl is all about faith, grit, and grace: exploring small towns, finding the best coffee along the way, sharing western style, and capturing it all through my lens. My goal is to help women feel confident in who they are, ditch the comparison game, and step outside their comfort zones by traveling to new places and trying new things.
